Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%), depending on operational costs.
No refunds will be provided for:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour
• Failure to show up (No show)
• Changes are allowed subject to availability
• Requests should be made as early as possible
• No extra charge for changes made 48 hours in advance
Uyuni tours are subject to weather and road conditions.
In case of cancellation by GREENGO TOURS due to safety reasons, customers will be offered:
• Rescheduling
• Full refund
GREENGO TOURS is not responsible for cancellations caused by:
• Extreme weather
• Road blockages
• Strikes or social conflicts
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment system.
